At Aegis Preschool & Daycare, we believe that children learn best in a supportive hands-on interactive environment of play. We offer a balanced program that includes large and small group learning, creativity, academic support, and time to play in a friendly home environments.

We believe that each child is an individual and should be assessed and encouraged with materials and opportunities that both interest them and encourage them in their development. Aegis staff works with the child to ready them for kindergarten and a lifetime of learning by helping to develop skills in all areas of development: social, intellectual, emotional, and physical. We believe in developing the whole child and teaching to individual interests.

In addition to the social and academic development, children are taught respect, appreciation, and independence through play and a structured daily routine that encourages children to make good choices for themselves, keep themselves safe and to use their words to express feelings and needs.
